FUND Donations
Giving to Project Rudisha means giving nearly 100% of your donation to mountain crews in East Africa.
Your monetary donations will go directly into the scholarship fund. Recipients will use those funds for things like driving school, college-level courses, health and dental care, or starting a side business for income during the off-season.
We continue to work directly with several guides based in Arusha, Tanzania, ensuring that funds go directly to those we have designated.
Gear donations
An annual gear drive will seek donations of new and used gear that can be taken back to East Africa and distributed to guides and porters.
The drive will seek technical hiking gear that is not readily available in East Africa - including backpacks, base layers, down jackets, technical hiking pants, hiking boots, and other gear needed in mountain alpine climates.
